By submitting this application, I confirm that I am available to attend the 

    Fellowship Retreat in person at the University of Maryland, College Park from 

    July 20–24, 2026, and that if selected, I commit to completing a Fellowship 

    Project by the conclusion of the program year. The $1,000 stipend is awarded 

    upon successful completion of the Fellowship Project, not the Retreat.
